In a great location just off Blackpool’s promenade, only a few minutes walk from the town centre, this clean and comfortable family-run hotel offers a warm welcome all year round.
All of the en suite rooms are tastefully decorated with colour TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a spacious, elegant dining room, a sun terrace and a cosy, comfortable and well-stocked bar.
The hotel is situated in the popular area of North Shore, close to the heart of Blackpool and all its shops and vibrant nightlife. Tucked away, just off the promenade, the hotel is quiet enough for a restful relaxing break whilst being simultaneously close to all that the town has to offer.
Constantly upgrading its facilities and services, the hotel recently gained the Silver HOAST award, in conjunction with the English Tourism Council and Blackpool Borough Council, assuring cleanliness and comfort when choosing accommodation in Blackpool.

The hotel has a prominent corner site, adjacent to Blackpool's prime conference and exhibition hotel, The Imperial. Blackpool’s famous trams stop just 75 metres way, with trams running regularly along the promenade, providing convenient transport for visiting the Illuminations, Blackpool Tower, the Pleasure Beach, the Winter Gardens, the town’s theatres and the town centre and all of its shops.
To the rear of the hotel, there is a car park for the exclusive use of guests and there is also unrestricted on-street parking. Coach parties are welcome.
The hotel has a special offer for guests travelling by coach or rail and staying for 3 or more nights: free transfers are available by car to and from Blackpool’s coach and train stations. For the convenience of guests, irons, ironing boards and hairdryers are available at reception on request.
All guests have their own key and are free to come and go as they please, accessing the hotel at any time.

All of the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the comforts and facilities you need for a restful, relaxing break. Some of the rooms have views of the sea or Blackpool’s famous tower. There are several rooms on the hotel’s first and second floors, as well as 3 rooms on the ground floor. These 3 rooms are popular with disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility. One of the rooms has 3 single beds and is suitably furnished for disabled guests. The second room is a double room with a wet room and shower facilities. The third room is a smaller double room suitable for people with reduced mobility and those who have difficulty climbing stairs. The 3 rooms on the ground floor are available at exactly the same rates as the hotel’s other rooms, so it is vital to book early to avoid disappointment.

The hotel offers tasty home-cooked food in the bright and elegant dining room.
A generous traditional English breakfast is available between 08:30 and 09:30 and is included in the room rates. Vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements can be catered for on request. Please contact the hotel in advance in order to inform them of your requirements.
By Car (from the M55 motorway):
- Take the M55 motorway into Blackpool and then follow the signs for North Shore.
- When you reach the town centre, head for the promenade.
- Travel north along the promenade and then turn right onto Wilton Parade immediately after the Imperial Hotel.
